Review: Eucerin Hydro Balance

Hey Everyone,

Today I will be posting out a review for skin moisturizer from Eucerin. I have been trying this product for about 2 months. All I can say is this is good for all skin types. If you have dry skin, this will be perfect for you. I have once read in a beauty magazine saying that if you have dry skin and you want to find a good moisturizer you have to look at the texture, check this tips below.

 Tips for dry skin :
1 - Put your mosturizers onto your finger.
2 - Turn your finger facing down
3- Observe the moisturizer, if it drop the second you face your finger down, then it's not moisturize enough for dry skin.

The packaging is awesome. It is even better than my moisturizers packaging from skin renew. The texture is light but it is heavy enough for normal skin. It goes well onto your skins. You will feel a little bit oily when you first apply it, but after awhile your skin won't feel as oily as it first applied. It is not greasy and sticky. So, thumbs up for that.

This is how the texture looks like.

Although it didn't help my skin with reducing my bad acne (I heard that one of the way to get rid of pimple is to use moisturizers so that your skin won't produce more oil than you needed), but it does work on moisturizing my skin. It is a little bit pricey but it is worth of try. It retails around Rm52-55. I'm not really sure. I forgot to keep the resit. :P

Rate: 3.5/5

You guys can also bought this at Guardian or Watson under Eucerin label. They don't sell this product anymore through online. So, sorry girls, I can't provide you with the website.

Disclaimer: I bought this product myself and this is an honest review. But bare in mind, It may work for me but there's possibilities it won't work for you guys.

Anyway guys, happy try and I'll see you soon on my next blog.
Buhbye. :))

Penang Vacation! 2nd day of raya onwards!

Hey everyone,

At the Tropical Spice Garden with my awesome family!. :DD

Celebrating raya/eid is actually something that I'm not looking forward for. The reason being is I don't have grandparents anymore that lives in my once village, Melacca. While everyone is enjoying their ketupat & rendang, playing fireworks, and getting green ang-pao from their relatives, I didn't do anything on the list other than eating ketupat & rendang. So, due to that reason, I kinda hate when raya comes. I can't be blame rite for disliking raya? Well, because of that, me & my family will go for holidays since we don't have village to go. And this year, me and my family went to Batu Feringghi, Penang. For those who are international, Penang is one of the island in Malaysia. Only one word could describe Penang, AWESOME-NESS. I've been travelling the almost whole Malaysia for this past years. I've been to Langkawi, Perak, Pahang, Terengganu, & much more. But nothing beats Penang. The food there, two thumbs up! Chicks and hunk, thumbs up! :D

Can u see how bad the jam was?

Before I reached the hotel where I am going to stay, I have to pass Penang bridge, there was a horrible jam there. I stucked there for few hours. Urghh!! just when I need peaceful time for myself. It turns out, there's smoke going out from the holes of the bridge. I have no idea what's happening but I assume there was an accident on the other side of the road.
I went to few restaurant there. From high-end restaurant to stalls on the roads. I must say, Penang really does have great food to eat. For those who are looking after for some good & delicious food, just head to Penang. I assure you, most of the restaurant you went, won't disappoint you. I went to few restaurants which I will then review.
Oh! the most exciting part was when I went to Jet-ski for the first time in my life after 20 years. How pathetic was that! hahaha. It was Rm 80 per ride for two/one people. The 1st time I sat on the Jet-ski, I thought I was crazy. Thinking that it will be ok to ride a vehicle in a middle of the sea. HAHA. but seriously guys, no worries. It is safe and you will go back with great experience. My sister was crazy enough to went for this parachute thing ( I can't recall the actual name for it), I laugh my lungs out when I heard her screaming when she first went up in the air. :DD
I went to Tropical Spice Garden where there's millions of spices species. It was such a gorgeous place to go. The landscape is very natural and beautiful. On the day I went there, some guys are preparing for wedding ceremony. How lovely was that. :P Anyway, enough with the long stories and just proceed to the pictures taken.

Bayview Hotel. This is where we stayed. For those who are interested on having trip to penang, u can visit their website : bayview hotel

the first day of eid!

Hello gorgeous humans out there, :D

It was 9.15pm by the time i wrote this post. Urghh. I was extremely tired today. I just went back from Alamandar in Putrajaya (gosh.! I was there during the 1st day of raya. LAME!) with my siblings. Some of u guys may thought "what the hell this girl doing in a mall on the 1st day of eid" but u know what, I have reasons 4 it. While everyone is enjoying ketupat & rendang at their hometown, I'm here in my house watching tv. How lame was that. So, after me & my sibling seeks forgiveness from my parents and went back from my grandmas house in Klang, we couldn't wait anymore to just walk out from the house and go. That's how we ended up at Alamandar.

But before we went to the mall, we went to this bridge in Putrajaya to take pictures as memories (I'll post all of the pictures on my next post). oh! we also went to the cinema and watched cats & dogs movies (the review will be posted out soon). It was a great day actually though we didn't celebrate it like typical muslims will celebrate eid.  But I'm happy enough  that we did spend our time wisely on the 1st day of eid (better than just sleeping & eating the whole day aite?). Anyway guys, I know it's kinda late to wish but oh well! SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI to all muslims out there!

I hope u guys have an awesome raya/eid this year & I will see u in the next post!
bye guys. :DD

<33 XOXO

Ready for piranha attack?

Hey people,

It is available in 3d as well.

I watched "Piranha" few days back (or even weeks), with my friends in Sunway Pyramid. When the trailer 1st came out I was really excited! It is released in Malaysia on the 3rd September 2010 (It was released in US on 20th August 2010, as stated on the poster if u guys got confused by it). The trailer does make the movie looks awesome. So, I had planned to watch it for like ages. It was like 3 or 2 months behind before I get the chance to watch it. It turns out to be a great movie for this year especially when I got dissapointed with most of the movies that came out this year.

Oh! before i forgot to mention, guys would love to watch this movie! don't ask me why. just watch it! and for girls out there who want to watch it, seriously, bring ur girlfriends instead of ur boyfriend. :P don't tell me i didn't warn u.

BTW, back to piranha, you guys should seriously check it out before the cinema ends the display of the movie. And as u guys figure it out, yes! this movie does have blood all over the place. So, hold on tight with your popcorn! :P

The link to the trailer (watch it before u guys decide) :  Piranha Trailer
For more info's on the movies u guys can click piranha 2010.
Enjoy guys and I'll see u in the next blog.!

Review: Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Cream

Hey Everyone,

Here goes another review from me. From the previous blog, i did said that I have acne-prone skin. My skin is sensitive and I can only use certain products. When I was having a really bad skin few weeks back, I just couldn't wait anymore for my facial appointment so I went out to the nearest drugstore (which sadly didn't gave me much of an option) and try to find any products that can wash out my darn pimples.! dang! But the drugstore i went doesn't provide me a lot of choices of acne treatment (what a drugstore). Cehh! So, I have no choice than just picked out any products that i could find (too malas to drive another mile for another drugstore). In the end, all I can find is Za treatment product and Clearasil (the rest just doesn't convince me enough plus, I'm running out of budget since I spent like crazy this few weeks, so I had to spend wisely and find cheaper alternative, which in the end I'm glad that I don't spend that much for a good awesome product). I bought the Za few months back and realize it doesn't really work for me ( but it does work for my brother and sisters). Of course, I end up buying the Clearasil acne treatment.

This product claimed to reduce the pimple size and the redness in just 4 hours. I didn't believe it at first thinking "naaahhh, I'm sure this is one of their advertising plan, i should just try it out and don't put your hopes to high". But then, it turns out that I'm totally wrong. It does work for my skin. And amazingly it did reduce my pimples in 4 hours. Amazing right? For something that cheap, it's really an awesome grab (sorry I said awesome too much. just couldn't help it.). It retails for below or around $10 if I'm not mistaken (just too forgetful to even remember how much is it, but all I now this product is cheap).

You just need a little amount of product and apply it on your clean skin. Just apply thin layer and your done.! It is advisable to follow the 3 steps skin care routine (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) before you apply it (hey, we can't just depend on the treatment itself only right?) for maximum result. It is dermatologically tested. So, it is safe to use. Use it 2 times per day and you should see the result as soon as you apply it for 4 hours. Good luck guys and have a great day.! sayonaraaaa~

This is how the packaging look from country where I came from. Other countries packaging may varies. I guess you can just tell by looking at the big 4 on the tube. :D

Sorry for the keyboard background. haha. feeling super lazy today to find other places to take photo of this product-_-
DISCLAIMER: everyone have different skin, this might work for me but of course it won't work for everyone right? Anyway, it does worth a try.
You guys can buy this online through their official website: Clearasil Acne Treatment Cream link
GOOD LUCK GUYS AND HAVE AN AWESOME DAY! BYE2. :D

9th Street - 말도 없이 (Without Words)

Hey People,

Recently I have been into Korean dramas, one of the recent one is He's Beautiful. Though I haven't watch it till the end yet, I choose to post the lyrics of the song in the movie which called "without words" first before even reviewing the drama itself. This song really catched my heart, and so I've decided to post the lyrics and the video of this song as well for you guys. I'm not a Korean movie fans, but since I watched Boys Over Flowers (I will post up the review of that movie soon), I kinda get addicted to Korean Dramas. Though I only watched 3 Korean drama so far (and soo much to go), Korean dramas really get into me. This song is originally sang by 9th street which is a new k-pop band. But the main character of He's Beautiful, Jang Geun Suk (I <3333 u!!) and Park Shin Hye had they own version too. In my opinion, the lyric of this song is really beautiful. And this song goes perfectly for those people who love someone secretly. Here is the lyric of this song:

The original lyric:

ha ji mal gor gu re so
mo run chog he bo ril gol
an bo i nun got cho rom

English translation:

I shouldn't have done that,
I should have pretended not to know
like I didn't see it, like I couldn't see it
I shouldn't have looked at you in the first place
I should have run away,
I should have pretended I wasn't listening
like I didn't hear it, like I couldn't hear it
I shouldn't have heard your love in the first place
Without a word you made me know love
Without a word you gave me love
Because you took just a breath and ran away like this
Without a word love leaves me
Without a word love abandons me
Wondering what to say next, my lips were startled
Because it came without a word.
Why does it hurt so much?
Why does it hurt continuously?
Except for the fact that I can’t see you anymore
And that you’re not here anymore
Otherwise it’s the same as before
Without a word you made me know love
Without a word you gave me love
Because you took just a breath and ran away like this
Without a word love leaves me
Without a word love abandons me
Wondering what to say next, my lips were startled

Here is the video of this song provided with korean and english lyrics. cool huh? ^.^

Review: OXY oil control cleansing wipes

Hey Everyone,

It's been a while since i last updated my blog. Since I didn't have any interesting stories to share with you guys, I've choosed to read people's blog instead. Anyway, today I will be reviewing one of my cheap-favorite product that I have been using for a while. It's the oxy cleansing wipes. People around me know that i have acne skin and oily to combination skin. My skin is sensitive and there's only certain products that suits my skin. I use this cleansing wipes to wipe my make-up before i wash my face. This wipes also can be used as a cleanser when you don't have time to wash your face or when you feel uncomfortable in a middle of a day and you need something to refresh your skin.

These wipes are claimed to prevent your skin from blemishes and to control your skin oil. This wipes also contain aloe extract formula to repair acne prone skin. So, basically this wipes are 2 in 1. It cleanses and at the same time it also help to sooth and repair your skin.

I have been using this wipes for almost 2 months. The material of the wipes are cloth. But don't worry. They don't irritate your skin. It will leave you a cooling sensation after you finish wiping up your face. It comes in a convenient packaging. It is not big, let's just say, it is easy to bring it anywhere. Personally, i think everyone should have their own wipes. I mean, not only it is use to clean your face, but it also can be use as wiper for your hands. That's what we called as multi-use. :D

This is how it looks like when you first buy it. It comes with 12 wipes.

You guys can get this wipes in any drugstore nearby, I bought this at Watson and it retails at RM 5++. I forgot exactly how much is it. Check out guys~ it's worth a try.
